Delivery
Our current dispatch time is 2-4 working days. We aim to dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible and will always try to beat this time where we can.

If you need an order sooner then please select 'express dispatch' at the checkout. We ship express orders within 1-2 working days.

Our current delivery options are Royal Mail tracked 48 or tracked 24. Express orders are shipped tracked 24 and any orders that qualify for free delivery will be shipped tracked 48.

Royal Mail Tracked means your order is tracked with SMS and email notifications, with options to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place.

For orders over £60 shipping is automatically free! How good is that?

We now ship to *Ireland*. Please allow an extra 4 working days for dispatch.

Returns
You have the right to return items for 14 days from the date of delivery. Food items cannot be returned, all other items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we receive the item and find that it has been used or is in a poor condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the contact form on our contact page.

All return postage costs are paid for by you (the customer) unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged. Responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when posting returned items lies with you (the customer).

In cases of faulty or damaged item(s) please contact us via the contact form on our contact page with photographs of the faults/damages.

Refunds
Please allow up to 10 working days from the day we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.
